I was thrilled with my stay at this hotel. The rooms are stylish with dual enclosed but outdoor showers and lovely garden views, plus spacious balconies to enjoy the outdoors. However, the next-door restaurant played exceptionally loud music late into the night. The service was decent, but there is room for improvement, especially with aspects like room service and housekeeping. The location is unbeatable, right on the gorgeous Tulum coast with easy access to the beach, though the loud music from the neighboring restaurant can be bothersome. Dining was satisfactory with delightful organic jams. The facilities were well-rounded, catering to most needs, but they did not exceed expectations. Overall, a good experience with minor inconveniences.
